Pat returned to work as an Operating Theatre Sister. She worked for six years at the Women’s Hospital Nottingham and a further fourteen years at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham. Over these years Pat and Veer made many close friends who have played such a large and meaningful part in all of our lives (Thank You all!). Pat and Veer loved to entertain and our memories growing up are of a full house of laughter and merriment (what else after one of Dad's G&Ts?!). Mum and Dad would spend many hours creating fabulous food, usually curries, for which they are both renowned.
